Related Fund. With respect to any Lender which is a fund that invests in loans, any Affiliate of such Lender or any other fund that invests in loans that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such Lender or such investment advisor.
Related Fund amend clause 1.1 (Definitions) to delete the definition of “Related Fund” and replace it with the following:
Related Fund. Any Fund that is administered or managed by the Purchaser or an Affiliate of the Purchaser or any entity or Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Purchaser.
Related Fund. With respect to any Lender that is an investment fund that invests in commercial loans, any other such fund that is managed or advised by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such investment advisor. RESTRICTED INVESTMENTS. See Section 10.3.

Related Fund in relation to a fund (the first fund ), means a fund which is managed or advised by the same investment manager or investment adviser as the first fund or, if it is managed by a different investment manager or investment adviser, a fund whose investment manager or investment adviser is an Affiliate of the investment manager or investment adviser of the first fund.
