Related Fund. With respect to any Lender which is a fund that invests in loans, any Affiliate of such Lender or any other fund that invests in loans that is managed by the same investment advisor as such Lender or by an Affiliate of such Lender or such investment advisor.

Related Fund amend clause 1.1 (Definitions) to delete the definition of “Related Fund” and replace it with the following:
Related Fund. Any Fund that is administered or managed by the Purchaser or an Affiliate of the Purchaser or any entity or Affiliate of an entity that administers or manages a Purchaser.
