Common use of Assessor’s Office Clause in Contracts

Assessor’s Office. Upon the request of Developer, the Agency and Developer shall meet and confer with the County Assessor regarding the use and retention of dedicated County Assessor staff (on a full or part-time basis) to facilitate the prompt annual assessment of real property in the Project Site. Upon the mutual agreement of Developer, the County Assessor and the Agency regarding the cost, duration and scope of such work to be paid by Developer, the County Assessor shall implement such agreement and make such staff available for property reassessments within the Project Site.

Upon the request of Developer, the Agency Authority and Developer shall meet and confer with the County Assessor regarding the use and retention of dedicated County Assessor staff (on a full or part-time basis) to facilitate the prompt annual assessment of real property in the Project Site. Upon the mutual agreement of Developer, the County Assessor and the Agency Authority regarding the cost, duration and scope of such work to be paid by Developer, the County Assessor shall implement such agreement and make such staff available for property reassessments within the Project Site.
