Assessment Reports. 6.1 The assessment report must provide enough information about the action and its relevant impacts to allow the Commonwealth Environment Minister to make an informed decision whether or not to approve the action under Part 9 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 6.2 The EIS assessment report required under section 34D of the State Development and Public Works Organisation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ must meet the criteria mentioned in Schedule 1, Item 6.02 and Item 6.03 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000. 6.3 The report prepared by the Coordinator-General evaluating the IAR required under section 34L of the State Development and Public Works Organisation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ must meet the criteria mentioned in Schedule 1, Item 6.02 and Item 6.03 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000.
