Assessment Content. Upon termination or expiry of Customer’s license to use Assessment Content, Customer shall immediately cease all use of and delete all Assessment Content from the OnDemand Service. Customer shall not retain any copies of Assessment Content following termination or expiry of its license to use Assessment Content.
