Common use of Arrangement, Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement, Agency Fees. The Company shall pay arrangement fees to each Lead Arranger for such Lead Arranger's own account, and shall pay agency and other fees to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent's own account, as mutually agreed to in writing from time to time by the Company, the Lead Arrangers and the Administrative Agent.
