Arrangement fee. On the Closing Date, Borrower shall pay to the Arranger an arrangement fee in the amount heretofore agreed upon by letter agreement dated February 10, 1998 between Borrower and the Arranger. Such arrangement fee is for the services of the Arranger in arranging the credit facilities under this Agreement and is fully earned when paid.
