Common use of Arrangement, Agency Fees Clause in Contracts

Arrangement, Agency Fees. The Borrowers shall pay on a several, and not on a joint, basis an arrangement fee to the Arranger for the Arranger's own account, and shall pay agency fees to the Agent for the Agent's own account, as required by the letter agreement ("Arrangement Fee Letter") among the Borrowers, the Arranger and the Agent dated June 7, 1999. Van Xxxxxx Xxxme Rate Income Trust shall be responsible for its pro rata portion of such fees and Van Xxxxxx Xxxior Floating Rate Fund shall be responsible for its pro rata portion of such fees based upon the relative net asset value of each Borrower on any date of determination thereof.
