Arenas Clause Samples

The 'Arenas' clause defines the specific locations or venues where certain activities, events, or obligations under the agreement will take place. It typically outlines which arenas are approved for use, any requirements or standards those venues must meet, and may specify how changes to the designated arenas can be made. This clause ensures that all parties are clear about where contractual activities are to occur, reducing the risk of disputes over venue suitability or availability.
Arenas. For events taking place in an arena where temporary stage equipment exceeding the provisions of Article 2.11 is in use, a minimum of one (1) stage hand is required. In cases where professional production equipment on a temporary stage is in use, any stage employees required beyond the production’s regular touring complement will use Union members.
Arenas. Arena cancellations must be made 1 month prior to the booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 1 month of the booking will not receive a refund unless the time can be sold to another eligible minor sport association. All efforts will be made to support cancellation refunds, however a number of stipulations may apply to prevent the resale of unwanted time. If the ice time cannot be resold the association that is releasing the ice would be responsible for the ice cost. This policy applies to all times booked through the City of Maple Ridge at Arenas located in Maple Ridge. Please contact Pitt ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Arena for information on their cancellation policy.
