Common use of Arenas Clause in Contracts

Arenas. The Corporation and the Union recognize the Civic Arena as a necessary and continuous seven day operation. As such, a seven (7) day operation's schedule shall be established which provides a monthly premium payment for all employees so scheduled as negotiated between the Corporation and the Union, in lieu of premium payments mandated under Article 6.
