Common use of Areas of Operation Clause in Contracts

Areas of Operation. Sublessee shall not operate or locate the Airframe or any Engine or Part or suffer the Airframe or any Engine or Part to be operated or located (i) in any area, or for carriage of any goods, excluded from coverage by the Insurances or (ii) in any recognized or threatened area of hostilities unless fully covered by war risk insurance or (iii) outside the United States of America, Mexico or Canada.
