Appropriated Fund Limitation. Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Parties to this Agreement to obligate or expend funds, or require the United States, the State of (insert state(s), or the other Parties to this Agreement to enter into any contract or other obligation for the future payment of money in excess of or in advance of appropriated funds available for payment to meet the commitments of this Agreement and modifications thereto, except as specifically authorized by law.
