Common use of Appropriate Unit Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. In the event that the employer and the association are unable to agree as to the inclusion or exclusion of a new or modified job position, the issue shall be submitted to the Bureau of Mediation Services for determination.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 III of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.P.E.L.R.A.

The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such Clerical and Administrative Assistant employees of the district contained in District who are members of the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of this Agreement, in the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. P.E.L.R.A., and in the amended certification document of April 28, 1981, or other directives issued by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. this agreement, and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 2, of the this Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. PELRA and in certification by the Commissioner Director of Mediation Services, if any.

P.E.L.R.A., and in the certification document of March 12, 1981, or other directives issued by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees Education Support Professionals of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 2, of the Agreement this agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. P.E.L.R.A., and in the certification by the Commissioner Bureau of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. 2, and in certification as certified by the Commissioner Bureau of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the this Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. PELRA and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article ARTICLE III, Section 2 of the this Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. P.E.L.R.A., and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Servicesservices, if any.Case No. 81-PR-946-A.

Appropriate Unit. Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such Operation and Maintenance employees of the district contained in District who are members of the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 2, of this Agreement, in the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. P.E.L.R.A., and in the certification document of April 30, 1981, or other directives issued by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement this agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.
