Common use of Appropriate Unit Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. PELRA and in certification by the Commissioner Director of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district District contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article IIIII, Section 2 3, of the this Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification as certified by the Commissioner Director of Mediation Services, if any.Services in accordance with P.E.L.R.A.

Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement this agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.

Appropriate Unit.
