Publication of Registration Data Registry Operator shall provide public access to registration data in accordance with Specification 4 attached hereto (“Specification 4”).
Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.
Registration of Agreement 1.04 (1) The City shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to file and maintain caveats evidencing the City’s interest under this Agreement against each and every Certificate of Title within the Development Area.

ASSIGNMENT OF THE REGISTRATION RIGHTS The rights to have the Company register Registrable Securities pursuant to this Agreement shall be automatically assigned by the Investors to any transferee of the Registrable Securities (or all or any portion of any Debenture of the Company which is convertible into such securities) only if: (a) the Investor agrees in writing with the transferee or assignee to assign such rights, and a copy of such agreement is furnished to the Company within a reasonable time after such assignment, (b) the Company is, within a reasonable time after such transfer or assignment, furnished with written notice of (i) the name and address of such transferee or assignee and (ii) the securities with respect to which such registration rights are being transferred or assigned, (c) immediately following such transfer or assignment the further disposition of such securities by the transferee or assignee is restricted under the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws, and (d) at or before the time the Company received the written notice contemplated by clause (b) of this sentence the transferee or assignee agrees in writing with the Company to be bound by all of the provisions contained herein. In the event of any delay in filing or effectiveness of the Registration Statement as a result of such assignment, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such delay, or the payments set forth in Section 2(c) hereof.
No Certificate; Registration; Registration of Transfer; Change of Address (a) The CVRs shall not be evidenced by a certificate or other instrument.
Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Please take note that approval from the Auctioneer’s administrator may take at least 1 working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Neither the Auctioneer nor its website nor its agents and/or representative bears any responsibility or assumes any liability in the event that the registration of a prospective E-Bidders is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. In the event of the registration is rejected, the deposit paid (if cleared by the bank) shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit transfer was made within three (3) working days.
License of Data; Warranty; Termination of Rights A. The valuation information and evaluations being provided to the Trust by USBFS pursuant hereto (collectively, the “Data”) are being licensed, not sold, to the Trust. The Trust has a limited license to use the Data only for purposes necessary to valuing the Trust’s assets and reporting to regulatory bodies (the “License”). The Trust does not have any license nor right to use the Data for purposes beyond the intentions of this Agreement including, but not limited to, resale to other users or use to create any type of historical database. The License is non-transferable and not sub-licensable. The Trust’s right to use the Data cannot be passed to or shared with any other entity. The Trust acknowledges the proprietary rights that USBFS and its suppliers have in the Data.
Delay of Registration; Furnishing Information (a) No Holder shall have any right to obtain or seek an injunction restraining or otherwise delaying any such registration as the result of any controversy that might arise with respect to the interpretation or implementation of this Section 2.
Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-‐to-‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.
