Common use of Application of Rights Clause in Contracts

Application of Rights. ( a) The Employer reserves the right to supplement and alter, as and when deemed necessary, reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by the employees. It is agreed that the rules and regulations may cover all aspects of the operation of the casino, including the procedures for dealing the games. S uch regulations will be shared with the Union. It is further agreed that the Employer is entitled to make any changes which may be necessary to comply with the requirements of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, or any other legislation, policies, directives, or regulations of any level of government which apply to the operation of the casino.
