Common use of Application of Rights Clause in Contracts

Application of Rights. Reasonable application of these rights shall be made by the parties. Where matters covered in this Agreement are also regulated by outside law, the bargained provisions are interpreted as co-extensive in scope with the outside legal requirements, unless broader coverage is clearly required by the language and bargaining history.
