Application of General Terms and Conditions. 6.1 Unless otherwise expressly stated, these General Terms apply to all Shippers, except insofar as they are changed by or are in conflict with any statute of the State of Louisiana, or valid final order of any court or the Louisiana Public Service Commission, in which case such statute or order shall control to the extent that it is applicable to the Shipper(s) in question. Whenever possible, these General Terms shall be construed harmoniously with such laws or orders.
