Common use of Application of Article Clause in Contracts

Application of Article. Article 13.03 a) applies in respect of the following individuals: 1. The Teacher's spouse. 2. A parent, step-parent or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ parent of the Teacher. 3. A child, step-child or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child of the Teacher or the Teacher's spouse. 4. Any individual prescribed as a family member for the purpose of Family Medical Leave under the Employment Standards Act as amended.

A child, step-child or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child of the Teacher teacher or the Teacherteacher's spouse. 4. Any individual prescribed as a family member for the purpose of Family Medical Leave under the Employment Standards Act as amended. For the purpose of this clause "spouse" and "same-sex partner" shall be interpreted in accordance with the Human Rights Code.

A child, step-child or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ child of the Teacher or the Teacher's spouse. 4. Any individual prescribed as a family member for the purpose of Family Medical Leave under the Employment Standards Act as amended.
