Application During Higher IRR Period. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of a Higher IRR Period, Authority may provide a written notice to City and each IFD indicating that there is a Higher IRR Period. For each IFD, the IFP shall provide that, upon receipt of the written notice about the Higher IRR Period, the IFD shall suspend distribution of Net Available Increment remaining after payment of debt service due on IFD Debt and any other Public Financing. For each IFD, the IFP shall provide that, immediately upon the conclusion of a Higher IRR Period, Authority shall provide a written notice to City and the IFD indicating that the Higher IRR Period has ended, and immediately upon receipt of such written notice, the suspension shall end and the IFD shall resume making payments to Developer of Net Available Increment in the manner set forth in this Financing Plan.

  • Time Off During Notice Period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. This time off shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after consultation with the employer.

  • Rejection During Probation (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.4.   • Maintenance during Construction Period (i) During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall maintain, at its cost, the existing lane(s) of the Project Highway so that the traffic worthiness and safety thereof are at no time materially inferior as compared to their condition on Appointed Date, and shall undertake the necessary repair and maintenance works for this purpose; provided that the Contractor may, at its cost, interrupt and divert the flow of traffic if such interruption and diversion is necessary for the efficient progress of Works and conforms to Good Industry Practice; provided further that such interruption and diversion shall be undertaken by the Contractor only with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the Project Highway. It is further agreed that in the event the Project includes construction of a bypass or tunnel and realignment of the existing carriageway, the Contractor shall maintain the existing highway in such sections until the new Works are open to traffic.

  • Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties. Consistent with the operational needs of the Employer, the Employer shall grant time off with pay for designated stewards and union representatives, including reasonable travel time when necessary, to attend:

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.
