Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. (a) Rəhbər komitənin təşkil edildiyi tarixdən ən çoxu otuz (30) gün keçənədək və bundan sonra hər növbəti Təqvim ilinin başlanmasına ən azı üç (3) ay qalmış, müvafiq İşlənmə və hasilat dövrü ərzində Podratçı həmin Təqvim ili üçün hər müvafiq İşlənmə sahəsinə dair planlaşdırdığı Neft-qaz əməliyyatlarını nəzərdə tutan İllik iş proqramı və ona müvafiq Büdcə hazırlayır və Rəhbər komitənin təsdiqinə verir, yaxud hazırlanıb təsdiqə verilməsini təmin edir. İllik iş proqramı və Büdcə təqdim edildikdən sonra otuz (30) gün ərzində bu sənədlərə, həmçinin onlarla bağlı təklif olunan dəyişikliklərə baxmaq, habelə İllik iş proqramının və Büdcənin son variantını təsdiq etmək məqsədilə Rəhbər komitənin iclası çağırılır. The Steering Committee shall meet within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Annual Work Programme and Budget to consider same and any revisions thereto and to approve the Annual Work Programme and the Budget in its final form. It is agreed by SOCAR and Contractor that knowledge acquired as the work proceeds or from certain events may justify changes to the details of the Annual Work Programme and Budget; thus Contractor may at any time propose to the Steering Committee an amendment to the Annual Work Programme and Budget. Except as provided in this Article 5.3 and in Article 5.4, Contractor shall not conduct any operations which deviate materially from the applicable Annual Work Programme and Budget without the prior consent of the Steering Committee. If necessary to carry out an Annual Work Programme, Contractor is authorised to make expenditures during the relevant Calendar Year that are in excess of the Budget adopted therefor so long as the aggregate of such excess expenditures does not exceed (i) ten (10) percent of the Budget with respect to the relevant Development Area or (ii) in relation to expenditure on any line item category of the Budget with respect to the relevant Development Area, ten (10) percent of the expenditure on such line item category, nəzərdə tutulmuş məsrəf məbləğinin on (10) faizindən xxx olmasın. Annual Work Programmes and Budgets. İllik iş proqramı və Büdcə təqdim edildikdən sonra otuz (30) gün ərzində bu sənədlərə, həmçinin onlarla bağlı onlara təklif olunan dəyişikliklərə baxmaq, habelə İllik iş proqramının proqramını və Büdcənin son variantını təsdiq etmək məqsədilə Rəhbər komitənin iclası çağırılır.
