Common use of Annual Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Progress Report. During the first year of this Agreement, GOVERNING BODY of CHARTER SCHOOL shall make an interim six (6) month and an annual progress report to the AUTHORIZER, and, to the extent required by law, to SPONSOR and the Commissioner of Education. In each subsequent year of this Agreement, GOVERNING BODY of CHARTER SCHOOL shall make at least one annual progress report to AUTHORIZER, and, to the extent required by law, to SPONSOR and the Commissioner of Education. Each progress report shall contain at least the following information: i. The progress of CHARTER SCHOOL toward achieving the goals and objectives outlined in its charter; ii. The same information required in the reports prepared by the AUTHORIZER and other local boards of education pursuant to state laws, rules and regulations; and iii. Financial records of CHARTER SCHOOL, including revenues and expenditures, which report shall be public information pursuant to the provisions of Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. § 10-7-504(a)(4). CHARTER SCHOOL shall provide in the report a detailed accounting, including the amounts and sources of funds, other than those funds received under Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. §43-19-112(a). Such funds shall include, but not be limited to, any funds received from sources under Tenn. Code ▇▇▇. §49-13- 112(e).
