Annual Progress Report. This report shall include a summation of the results of the entire contract work for the period covered. Monthly Progress Reports shall not be submitted in the same month when an Annual Progress Report is due. Furthermore, an Annual Progress Report will not be required for the period when the Final Report is due. The first Annual Progress Report shall be submitted in accordance with the date set forth in the table (“Summary of Contract Deliverables”) under Section F.2. of this contract. Annual Progress Report. No later than […***…] after December 31 of each calendar year, LICENSEE shall provide to BCM a written annual progress report describing progress on all research and development and commercial activities related to Licensed Products, during the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31 and plans for the forthcoming year (“Annual Progress Report”). If multiple technologies are covered by the license granted hereunder, the progress report shall provide the information set forth above for each technology. At BCM’s request, LICENSEE shall also provide any reasonable additional data BCM requires to evaluate LICENSEE’s or its sublicensees’ diligence obligations under Section 3.

Annual Progress Report. The annual report must be submitted by October 25th of each year, covering the activities of the previous fiscal year (October 1– September 30). The annual report must be comprehensive and provide details, as described in the quarterly report, on accomplishments, results and activity as well as financial information for the previous year, and include monthly budget forecasts for the ensuing year. Annual progress reports must also include data collected to measure progress against the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plan (XXX). The annual report must include a section discussing activities’ compliance with the environmental requirements as set forth in the RCE.

Annual Progress Report. On the first Business Day of each Calendar Year following the Effective Date, MSGI shall submit to Mount Sinai a written report covering MSGI’s, its Affiliate’s and/or Sublicensees’, as applicable, progress (if any) in: (i) Developing and Commercializing Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes; (ii) research and Development activities, including status and plans for obtaining any necessary governmental approvals or CPT codes, performed during the past year, and the plans for research and Development activities for the following year; and (iii) marketing activities for the past year and planned for the next year, and MSGI’s internal sales estimate for the following year (an “Annual Progress Report”). Each Annual Progress Report shall be in substantially similar form and contain at least the information required by Exhibit C attached hereto (which is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement), or in such other form as may be provided by Mount Sinai from time to time.
