Annual Meeting With Board and Union, If Requested. At the request of the Union or management, a joint meeting of all employees, management, board members and the full-time union representative will be held once per year at a time mutually convenient to discuss matters of mutual concern to promote a more harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. Meetings will be convened within two (2) weeks of the request for the purposes of reviewing issues of mutual concern between employees and management. All time spent by employees at such meetings will be considered time worked.
