Common use of Annual Medical Clause in Contracts

Annual Medical. The Executive and her eligible dependents will be entitled, at the Company’s expense, to an annual medical evaluation and a comprehensive executive health plan with a reputable service provider of her choice (with respect to both the evaluation and the plan), at normal market rates for such benefits.
