Common use of Annual and Quarterly Royalty Report Clause in Contracts

Annual and Quarterly Royalty Report. Within sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar year in which Net Sales first occur, and within sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter thereafter, Licensee shall provide Licensor with a written report detailing all sales and uses, if any, made of Licensed Products during the preceding calendar quarter, and detailing the amount of Net Sales made during such quarter and calculating the royalties due to Licensor pursuant to Article 4 hereof. Each report shall include at least the following:
