Common use of Anniversary Step Increase Clause in Contracts

Anniversary Step Increase. 15.2.2.1 A unit member who has attained permanent status in the Classified Service, and occupies a position which is half-time or more for a period of no less than six (6) months in a school year will receive an annual step increase on the unit member's anniversary date, and on each annual anniversary date until the maximum step of the unit member's salary range is reached providing that the performance evaluation immediately preceding the anniversary date is satisfactory.
