Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.10% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as the Feeder Portfolio invests substantially all of its assets in the Master Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive a portion of its advisory fee for the Feeder Portfolio so that its advisory fee does not exceed an annual rate of 0.41%.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Xxxxx Management remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.09% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as XXX remains the portfolio manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.05% off each breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Ivy remains the sub-adviser of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.025% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as AQR remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.15% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as UBS remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.25% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Western Asset remains a manager and/or co-manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.02% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as the American Funds Growth Portfolio and American Funds Growth-Income Portfolio each invest substantially all of their assets in the Growth Fund and Growth-Income Fund, respectively, each a series of the American Funds Insurance Series, the Adviser hereby agrees to limit its total investment advisory fee as follows: American Funds Growth Portfolio 0.36 % American Funds Growth-Income Portfolio 0.36 %
Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Batterymarch remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.02% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.
