Common use of Amount of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as the Feeder Portfolio invests substantially all of its assets in the Master Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive a portion of its advisory fee for the Feeder Portfolio so that its advisory fee does not exceed an annual rate of 0.41%.
