Common use of Amount of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Xxxxx Management remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.09% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Xxxxx Management Xxxxxxx remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.090.02% off each Break Point breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Xxxxx Management XX Xxxxxx remains the portfolio manager of the Portfolio, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.090.05% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Portfolio.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Xxxxx Management remains the portfolio manager of the PortfolioFund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.090.10% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the PortfolioFund.
