Common use of Amount of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as XXX remains the portfolio manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.05% off each breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as XXX remains the portfolio fund manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.050.02% off each breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as XXX Xxxxxxx remains the portfolio fund manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.050.02% off each breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
