Investment Advisory Fee. For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Advisor a monthly Sub-Advisory Fee. The Sub-Advisory Fee shall be equal to 110% of the Sub-Advisor's costs incurred in connection with rendering the services referred to in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The Sub-Advisory Fee shall not be reduced to reflect expense reimbursements or fee waivers by the Advisor, if any, in effect from time to time.
Investment Advisory Fee. For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Advisor a monthly Sub-Advisory Fee. The Sub-Advisory Fee shall be equal to: (i) 30% of the monthly management fee rate (including performance adjustments, if any) that the Portfolio is obligated to pay the Advisor under its Management Contract with the Advisor, multiplied by (ii) the fraction equal to the net assets of the Portfolio as to which the Sub-Advisor shall have provided investment advice divided by the net assets of the Portfolio for that month. The Sub-Advisory Fee shall not be reduced to reflect expense reimbursements or fee waivers by the Advisor, if any, in effect from time to time.
Investment Advisory Fee. For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Sub-Advisor agrees to pay the U.K. Sub-Advisor a monthly U.K. Sub-Advisory Fee. The U.K. Sub-Advisory Fee shall be equal to 110% of the U.K. Sub-Advisor's costs incurred in connection rendering the services referred to in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The U.K. Sub-Advisory Fee shall not be reduced to reflect expense reimbursements or fee waivers by the Sub-Advisor or Advisor, if any, in effect from time to time. (b)
Investment Advisory Fee. (a) The Fund shall pay to the Adviser, and the Adviser agrees to accept, as full compensation for all investment and advisory services furnished or provided to the Fund pursuant to this Agreement, an annual investment advisory fee at the rate set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement.
Investment Advisory Fee. The Adviser, and not the Fund, will pay the Sub-adviser on a monthly basis for the services rendered by the Sub-adviser with respect to the Portfolios, as described in Schedule B hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by mutual written agreement. Payment will be made on or about the 15th day of each month based on the average daily net assets of the Portfolios during the immediately preceding month. If this Agreement is terminated, the payment shall be prorated to the effective date of termination. Except for the investment advisory fee described in Schedule B, no other compensation or fees shall be payable to Sub-adviser under this Agreement.

The Adviser, and not the Fund, will pay on the last day of each month as monthly compensation to the Sub-adviser for the services rendered by the Sub-adviser with respect to the Portfolio, as described in Schedule B attached hereto, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by mutual written agreement. Payment to the Sub-adviser will be made monthly by the Adviser based on the average daily net assets of the Portfolio during each month. If this Agreement is terminated, the payment shall be prorated to the effective date of termination.
Investment Advisory Fee. For services provided under subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement, the Massachusetts Sub-Advisor agrees to pay the Sub-Subadvisor a monthly Sub-Subadvisory Fee. The Sub-Subadvisory Fee shall be equal to 110% of the Sub-Subadvisor's costs incurred in connection with rendering the services referred to in subparagraph (a) of paragraph 1 of this Agreement. The Sub-Subadvisory Fee shall not be reduced to reflect expense reimbursements or fee waivers by the Advisor, the New Hampshire Sub-Advisor, or the Massachusetts Sub-Advisor, if any, in effect from time to time.
Investment Advisory Fee. For the services rendered, the facilities furnished and expenses assumed by the Adviser, the Company shall pay to the Adviser at the end of each calendar month a fee at the annual rate of 0.65% of the average daily net assets of the Fund, as determined and computed in accordance with the description of the method of determination of net asset value contained in the Prospectus.
Investment Advisory Fee. For the services to be rendered by the Investment Adviser hereunder, the Trust, for the benefit of the Fund, shall pay the Investment Adviser out of Fund assets an annual fee in the amount shown in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
