AMOUNT OF LEASE FEE. The Homeowner shall pay a monthly Lease Fee in an amount equal to the sum of a Land Use Fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to be paid in return for the continuing right to possess, occupy and use the Leased Land.

  • Loan Charges Neither this Note nor any of the other Loan Documents shall be construed to create a contract for the use, forbearance or detention of money requiring payment of interest at a rate greater than the Maximum Interest Rate.
