AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The County shall pay the Contractor in current funds, and in accordance with the progress payment schedule as stated herein, for the performance of the work, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents, the estimated amount of: THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE ($375,725) The Contractor shall provide written notification to the County's Project Manager when 90% of the total contract amount has been reached. The Contractor shall not proceed beyond 100% of the total contract amount unless duly authorized by a written change order.
