Amount and Duration of Payment. Such Member shall be entitled to receive industrial sick leave with pay equal to the difference between 100% of his normal salary and the amount of any Worker's Compensation temporary disability payments to which he is entitled during such incapacity for a period not to exceed one (1) calendar year from the date of such sickness or injury.
