Amendments to Reporting Requirements. The second-to-last paragraph of Section 7.2 is amended by (a) deleting the wordsthe Company shall deliver” at the beginning of clause (i) of the proviso to the first sentence thereof and substituting the following therefor: “the Company shall, upon written request, deliver”; and (b) deleting last two sentences thereof and substituting the following therefor: The Administrative Agent shall have no obligation to request the delivery of or to maintain paper copies of the documents referred to above, and in any event shall have no responsibility to monitor compliance by the Company with any such request for delivery, and each Lender shall be solely responsible for requesting delivery to it or maintaining its copies of such documents.

Amendments to Reporting Requirements. (a) The first sentence of Section 6.1(i)(i) of the March 2006 Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows: No later than 15 days after the last day of each calendar month or more frequently as requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall provide a Borrowing Base Certificate as of the first day of such month executed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.
