Amendment to the Budget. The Attachment B (Financial Arrangements Worksheet) to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the amended Attachment B (Financial Arrangements Worksheet) attached to this Amendment to reflect the additional costs due to implementation of Protocol version 1 dated 19th February 2019 (“Amended Protocol”); said costs will be retroactive/effective to the date of the IEC and/or RA approval of Amended Protocol in accordance with the Applicable Law. 2. Dodatok k rozpočtu. Príloha B (Hárok finančných dohovorov) k Zmluve je týmto celá vymazaná a nahradená zmenenou Prílohou B (Hárok finančných dohovorov) pripojenou k tomuto Dodatku s cieľom reflektovať dodatočné výdavky v dôsledku implementácie verzie Protokolu č. 1 zo dňa 19. februára 2019 („Protokol s dodatkom“), pričom výdavky budú retroaktívne/účinné k dátumu schválenia Protokolu s dodatkom IEC a/alebo RA v súlade s platným zákonom.
