Amendment costs. If (a) an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 33.9 (Change of currency), each of the Borrowers shall, within three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Agent for the amount of all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees of outside counsel) reasonably incurred by the Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent under any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within ten (10) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Facility Agent or the Security Agent, as appropriate, for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Facility Agent and the Security Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If an Obligor requests any amendment, waiver or consent then the Borrower shall, within five Business Days of demand by the Agent, reimburse the Finance Parties for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) together with any VAT thereon reasonably incurred by such person in responding to or complying with such request.
