Common use of Amendment costs Clause in Contracts

Amendment costs. If an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent, the Obligors shall, within three (3) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request.
