Common use of Amendment costs Clause in Contracts

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (aA) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (bB) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currencyCurrency), the Borrower shall, within five three (53) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 28.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender Agent and the Security Trustee for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender Agent and/or the Security Trustee in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) If the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency)consent, the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirementrequest.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five three (53) Business Days (or such other period as agreed by the Lender and the Borrower) of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 27.10 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender Facility Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably and properly incurred by the Lender Facility Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If: (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or consent; or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 clause 25.6(a) (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) six Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all documented costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender (and by any Receiver or Delegate) in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the a Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 24.10 (Change of currency), the such Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender each Finance Party for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender it in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 ‎24.8 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 24.8 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 27.8 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Security Agent and the Lender for the amount of all out-of-pocket costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Security Agent and the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 24.5 (Change Currency of currencyaccount), the Borrower shall, within five (5) ten Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent in respect of any Finance Document or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 20.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If: (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or consent; or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 clause 33 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) 3 Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender it in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent consent, or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 26.9 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse each of the Lender Facility Agent and the Security Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender it in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the a Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 22.6 (Change of currency), the such Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender Issuing Bank for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender Issuing Bank in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If If (a) the Borrower an Obligor requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 28.10 (Change of currency), the Borrower Borrowers shall, within five 5 (5five) Business Days of demand, jointly and severally, reimburse the Lender Facility Agent for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender Facility Agent in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 24.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.

Amendment costs. If (a) the Borrower requests an amendment, waiver or consent or (b) an amendment is required pursuant to Clause 25.6 (Change of currency), the Borrower shall, within five (5) three Business Days of demand, reimburse the Lender for the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) reasonably incurred by the Lender in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that request or requirement.
