Nobusiness partner of Altruist, or the partner’s employees or any other person representingthe partner, must ever, in any circumstances, accept orgive abribe, corrupt payment, kickback or other improperpayment. This includes a duty on the partner to reportto Altruist any incidents or concerns CONFIRMATION I confirm on behalf of the Altruist business partner identified below (“Partner”) that Partner and its employees, representatives and agents fully understand the requirements of the Altruist Anti-Bribery & Corruption policy and that Partner has in place and will maintain effective measures to ensure full compliance so far as it deals with the processes pertaining to Altruist.
