Alternate Stewards. An alternate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may be designated for each regular ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ listed herein, to act when the regular ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is absent. Union Stewards and alternates shall not meet on Employer time to confer on matters not specifically permitted under the terms of this Agreement. Alternate Stewards shall only act in the capacity of the elected ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in the elected ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ absence. Employees who violate these provisions shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.
