Union Identification Clause Samples
Union Identification. Union staff members will be issued temporary identification cards for use at all Correctional facilities covered by this Agreement. Such identification shall be valid for not more than the effective life of this contract. Such identification shall be relinquished upon the termination of employment with MCO or upon the request of the Departmental Director or designee. The bearer of such identification shall be responsible for complying with sign-in and escort regulations.
Union Identification. No employee shall be prevented from wearing a pin or other identification identifying such employee’s membership in the Union.
Union Identification. All vehicles driven by bargaining unit employees shall bear the Local Union sticker. Such stickers shall not be larger than three (3) inches by four (4) inches in size and shall be placed on the most forward window of the passenger side of the vehicle. Such stickers shall only be placed on vehicles that are normally driven in revenue service by bargaining unit members.
Union Identification. A sentence stating, “Employees of Oxfam America who are members of collective bargaining units are represented by New England Joint Board, UNITE HERE, and by SEIU, Local 500” shall appear on the Oxfam America website and may appear in external communications.
Union Identification. Members may wear pins or any other reasonably unobtrusive identification of membership in the Association.
