ALLOCATION TO LEVELS. 23.1 At the start of employment, each employee shall be assigned to one of the following classification levels on the basis of the employee’s skills, qualifications and experience which the employee will be required to use on the Project. If that requirement or the needs of the Employer change during the period of employment, the employee shall be reassigned to the appropriate level.
