Alkylation Refining Fee. Subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 8.8, for each Semi-Annual Period, the fee for refining Customer’s Alkylation Feedstock up to the number of Barrels necessary to yield the Required Offtake Commitment, or with respect to which there is a Required Offtake Commitment, shall be (i) $19.00 multiplied by (ii) 2,000 multiplied by (iii) the number of days in such Semi-Annual Period (such fee, the “Alkylation Refining Fee”).
