Common use of Air traffic management Clause in Contracts

Air traffic management. 1. Subject to the transitional provisions set out in Annex II to this Agreement, the Parties shall act in conformity with the provisions of the legislation specified in Part B of Annex III to this Agreement, under the conditions set out hereafter.

Air traffic management. 1. Subject to the transitional provisions set out in Annex II I to this Agreement, the Parties shall act in conformity ensure that their relevant legislation, rules or procedures comply with the provisions of the legislation regulatory requirements and standards relating to air transport specified in Part B D of Annex III II to this Agreement, and where not provided for in the EU regulatory framework at least the relevant ICAO standards and recommended practices under the conditions set out hereafter.
