Aid Training. Lead Custodians, Building Plant Operators, and Crew Chiefs will be required to obtain and keep current a first-aid card. The District will, during the term of this Agreement, hold a first-aid training program during the employee's regular work shift to enable BPOs, Lead Custodians and Crew Chiefs to obtain first-aid cards. Annually the District shall provide in-service training opportunities for employees to address both District and employee identified safety and training needs.
