Applicable Courts definition

Applicable Courts has the meaning given in Section 12.13.

Examples of Applicable Courts in a sentence

  • Proceedings to enter judgment upon, enforce, modify or vacate any award or interim injunctive relief may be commenced in any of the Applicable Courts.
