Examples of Applicable Courts in a sentence
Proceedings to enter judgment upon, enforce, modify or vacate any award or interim injunctive relief may be commenced in any of the Applicable Courts.
Each party hereby consents to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of any court located in the State of New York (the "Applicable Courts") in any action or proceeding relating to, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, and further agrees that any such action or proceeding shall be litigated in the Applicable Courts.
Each of the Parties hereby waives any right to assert that venue in the Applicable Courts is improper or that the Applicable Courts constitute an inconvenient forum.
