Agreement Runs with the Land. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all of the provisions, rights, terms, covenants, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding on, and inure to the benefit of, the parties and their respective heirs, successors, and assignees, representatives, lessees, and all other persons acquiring the Property, or any portion of the Property, or any interest therein, whether by operation of law or in any manner whatsoever. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable as equitable servitudes and shall constitute covenants running with the land pursuant to applicable laws, including, but not limited to, California Civil Code Section 1468. Each covenant to do, or refrain from doing, some act on the Property under this Agreement, or with respect to any owned property, (1) is for the benefit of such properties and is a burden on such properties, (2) runs with such properties, and (3) is binding on each party and each successive owner during its ownership of such properties or any portion thereof, and shall be a benefit to and a burden on each party and its property hereunder and each other person succeeding to an interest in such properties
Agreement Runs with the Land. This Agreement will come into force and effect as from the date of this Agreement and the benefit and burden of this Agreement will run with and be annexed to the Land and bind the Owner, its successors in title, assignees and transferees and the registered proprietor for the time being of the Land.
Agreement Runs with the Land. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, all of the provisions, agreements, rights, terms, powers, standards, covenants, and obligations contained in this Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties and their respective heirs, successors and assignees, representatives, lessees, and all other Persons acquiring the Property, or any portion thereof, or any interest therein, whether by operation of law or in any manner whatsoever. All of the provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable as equitable servitudes and shall constitute covenants running with the land pursuant to applicable laws, including, but not limited to, Section 1468 of the Civil Code of the State of California, and the burdens and benefits shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the Parties and their respective heirs, successors (by merger, consolidation, or otherwise), assigns, devisees, administrators, representatives, and lessees.
Agreement Runs with the Land. The parties understand and agree that, with respect to the Property, this Agreement runs with the land.
Agreement Runs with the Land. Owner may assign or transfer its duties and obligations under this Agreement to another entity, provided such entity is the legal and equitable fee owner or lessee of the Property (“Transferee”). Owner acknowledges that the Project Approvals are dependent on this Agreement, and that any party that wishes to develop some or all of the Project on the Property must assume all of Owner’s rights and obligations under this Agreement. As provided in Section 9.2, this Agreement runs with the land and any Transferee will be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Agreement Runs with the Land. In consideration of the City providing sewer service to the Property, the Owner and the City acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is irrevocable and, further, this Agreement and all other rights and obligations of the parties hereunder are intended to and shall run with the Property, and shall bind, and inure to the benefit of, the parties hereunder and their respective successors in title.
Agreement Runs with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded in the real property records of King County. The covenants hereof shall be deemed to attach to and run with the Property and shall be binding upon the Owner, its heirs, successors and assigns, and shall apply to after-acquired title of the Owner in the Property.

This Agreement shall run with the land, shall be recorded against title to the Property and is binding on all future individuals or entities who hold any interest in the Property. The Owner covenants with the City, its successors and assigns, that the Owner has fee title to all the Property and there are no unrecorded interests against the Property.
Agreement Runs with the Land. The covenants in this Development Agreement run with the title to the Lands. The covenants bind the Parties, and their successors and assigns in title.
Agreement Runs with the Land. This Agreement shall be recorded and shall run with the land. Pursuant to Government Code Section 65868.5, the burdens of this Agreement and each of its provisions shall be binding upon, and the benefits of this Agreement shall inure to, all successors in interest to the Parties, including, but not limited to, all parties that enter into lease agreements with Developer for possession of any part of the Property.
