AGENCY SHOP, DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS. A. In accordance with the terms of this Article, each bargaining unit member with 30 days of employment shall, as a condition of employment, join the Association or pay a Service Fee to the Association. Bargaining unit members joining the Association shall pay dues and assessments to the Association in accordance with its policies and procedures.
