Agency Owns Agency Content. Agency controls and owns all right, title, and interest in Agency Content. Except as outlined herein, Axon obtains no interest in Agency Content, and Agency Content is not Axon’s business records. Agency is solely responsible for uploading, sharing, managing, and deleting Agency Content. Axon will only have access to Agency Content for the limited purposes set forth herein. Agency agrees to allow Axon access to Agency Content to (a) perform troubleshooting, maintenance, or diagnostic screenings; and (b) enforce this Agreement or policies governing use of the Axon products.

  • Agency Shop It is mutually agreed by the parties that this Unit is an agency shop Unit. It is the intent of the parties that the agency shop provisions in the Memorandum of Understanding comply with applicable state law (Government Code Section 3502.5).

  • Emergency Contact CONTRACTOR shall have a responsible person available at, or reasonably near, the Project/Service on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week, who may be contacted in emergencies and in cases where immediate action must be taken to handle any problem that might arise. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COUNTY’s Project Manager, the phone numbers and names of personnel designated to be contacted in cases of emergencies. This list shall contain the name of their supervisors responsible for work pertaining to this Agreement.
