Agency Content definition

Agency Content is data uploaded into, ingested by, or created in Axon Cloud Services within Agency’s tenant, including media or multimedia uploaded into Axon Cloud Services by Agency. Agency Content includes Evidence but excludes Non-Content Data.
Agency Content means software, data, text, audio, video, images or other Agency content or any of the Agency’s end users (a) run on the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services, (b) cause to interface with the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services, or (c) upload to the Xxxxxxxx.xxx Services under the Agency account or otherwise transfer, process, use or store in connection with the Agency account.
Agency Content means software, data, text, audio, video, images or any content Agency end users (a) run on Axon Evidence; (b) cause to interface with Axon Evidence; or (c) upload to Axon Evidence under Agency account or otherwise transfer, process, use or store in connection with Agency account.

Examples of Agency Content in a sentence

  • Agency Content in archival storage will not have immediate availability and may take up to 24 hours to access.

  • There will be no functionality of Axon Cloud Services during these 90-days other than the ability to retrieve Agency Content.

  • Axon will give notice if any disclosure request is received for Agency Content, so Agency may file an objection with the court or administrative body.

  • Axon will maintain a comprehensive information security program to protect Axon Cloud Services and Agency Content including logical, physical access, vulnerability, risk, and configuration management; incident monitoring and response; encryption of uploaded digital evidence; security education; and data protection.

  • Axon will not disclose Agency Content or any information about Agency except as compelled by a court or administrative body or required by any law or regulation.

  • Requests for Axon to provide additional assistance in downloading or transferring Agency Content, including requests for Axon’s data egress service, will result in additional fees and Axon will not warrant or guarantee data integrity or readability in the external system.

  • Agency will not incur additional fees if Agency downloads Agency Content from Axon Cloud Services during this time.

  • Rating Agency Confirmation means, with respect to any Securitization, a confirmation in writing (which may be in electronic form) by each of the applicable Rating Agencies for such Securitization that the occurrence of the event with respect to which such Rating Agency Confirmation is sought shall not result in a downgrade, qualification or withdrawal of the applicable rating or ratings ascribed by such Rating Agency to any of the securities issued pursuant to such Securitization that are then outstanding. If no such securities are outstanding with respect to any Securitization, any action that would otherwise require a Rating Agency Confirmation shall instead require the consent of the Controlling Note Holder, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. For the purposes of this Agreement, if any Rating Agency shall waive, decline or refuse to review or otherwise engage any request for Rating Agency Confirmation hereunder, such waiver, declination, or refusal shall be deemed to eliminate, for such request only, the condition that a Rating Agency Confirmation by such Rating Agency (only) be obtained for purposes of this Agreement, and any requirement hereunder to obtain a Rating Agency Confirmation from any Rating Agency may be satisfied or deemed in the same manner that a Rating Agency Confirmation requirement may be satisfied or deemed satisfied under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement. For purposes of clarity, any such waiver, declination or refusal to review or otherwise engage in any request for a Rating Agency Confirmation hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver, declination or refusal to review or otherwise engage in any subsequent request for a Rating Agency Confirmation hereunder and the condition for Rating Agency Confirmation pursuant to this Agreement for any subsequent request shall apply regardless of any previous waiver, declination or refusal to review or otherwise engage in such prior request.

  • Emergency Condition means a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities or the electric systems of others to which the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System is directly connected; or (3) that, in the case of the Interconnection Customer, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Small Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Under Emergency Conditions, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may immediately suspend interconnection service and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System or any Affected Systems. To the extent information is known, the notification shall describe the Emergency Condition, the extent of the damage or deficiency, the expected effect on the operation of each Party’s facilities and operations, its anticipated duration, and the necessary corrective action.

  • Issuing agency code means a code that designates the registration (or controlling) authority for the enterprise identifier.
