Agency Content is data uploaded into, ingested by, or created in Axon Cloud Services within Agency’s tenant, including media or multimedia uploaded into Axon Cloud Services by Agency. Agency Content includes Evidence but excludes Non-Content Data.

Agency Content means software, data, text, audio, video, images or other Agency content or any of the Agency’s end users (a) run on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services, (b) cause to interface with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services, or (c) upload to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services under the Agency account or otherwise transfer, process, use or store in connection with the Agency account.

Agency Content is data uploaded into, ingested by, or created in Axon Evidence within Agency’s tenant. Agency Content includes Evidence but excludes Non-Content Data.

• For United States agencies, Axon will ensure all Agency Content stored in Axon Cloud Services remains within the United States.

• Agency controls and owns all right, title, and interest in Agency Content.
